Senior Analyst, FP&A
Salary: $120,000 + 15% bonus.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Analyst, FP&A:
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles; Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and performance drivers; Build financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting tools; Support month-end close with variance analysis and reporting; Deliver strategic insights, scenario modeling, and executive-level presentations; Drive reporting automation and process improvements
Qualifications for the Senior Analyst, FP&A:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 4+ years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience; Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; Experience with ERP systems (JDE preferred); Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; Strong foundation in financial statements and accounting principles
