The Law Office of Sam J. Saad III is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate & Construction Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice. Our firm represents clients throughout Florida in sophisticated real estate disputes, construction-related litigation, title matters, contract disputes, and related business litigation matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is looking to build a long-term career with a firm that values professionalism, client service, and practical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of real estate and construction litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
• Analyze contracts, construction documents, title issues, and real estate transactions
• Manage case strategy and deadlines independently while collaborating with firm leadership

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar
• Experience in real estate litigation, construction litigation, or related civil litigation required
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Trial experience is required
