Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the appropriate boards.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently possess) an active Georgia medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.

Skills and Experience
