Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney

Our client, a leading AmLaw firm with offices across the US, are looking to grow their Labor & Employment group in California with a number of strategic hires. This position is ideal for a motivated attorney with substantial Labor & Employment litigation experience who is eager to build a long term career with a collaborative and high performing team. Responsibilities Independently handle all phases of Labor & Employment litigation, with an emphasis on handling discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, California wage‑hour class action claims and PAGA cases. Regularly conduct & defend depositions, handle court appearances, and motion practice. Effectively prepare and examine witnesses, ensuring thorough case preparation and strong representation of clients. Collaborate with attorneys, team members, and seasoned Partners on high‑impact legal projects, contributing to a collaborative, results‑driven environment. Qualifications Labor & Employment litigation experience at a prominent national, regional or boutique law firm in California. Juris Doctorate from ABA‑accredited law school. Must be admitted in good standing in California. Proficiency in managing complex litigation from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing.
