Agency Development Manager – National Partnerships Hybrid Tampa, FL, USA Join a Growing and Dynamic P&C MGA committed to excellence as a South Florida Agency Development Manager – National Partnerships! What You'll Do: Build and strengthen relationships with independent insurance agencies to drive profitable growth. Prospect and onboard new agency partners within your assigned territory. Deliver product, system, and underwriting training to agency partners. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing support and strategic guidance. Grow written premium and policies in force through agency engagement and development. Monitor agency performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with underwriting, product management, and marketing teams to enhance agency success. Represent the company at agency visits, industry events, and trade shows. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience (5+ years preferred). Experience working with independent agents, agencies, or insurance distribution channels. Strong relationship-building, business development, or territory management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus. Active P&C (2-20) license preferred. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
