Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced IT Services Sales Leader to drive business growth The role will focus on new client acquisition, strategic account expansion, and selling technology services across eCommerce, retail, data, cloud, AI, and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new enterprise clients and expand existing accounts. Build strong relationships with CXOs, technology leaders, and business stakeholders. Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline. Lead consultative sales discussions, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures. Sell services across: eCommerce and retail technology Data and analytics Cloud transformation AI and Generative AI Application modernization and managed services Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams. Own sales forecasts, revenue targets, and account plans. Required Experience: Proven experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Digital Transformation sales. Strong track record in enterprise B2B sales, new business development, and account growth. Experience managing complex sales cycles and CXO-level relationships. Strong understanding of technology services such as cloud, data, AI, eCommerce, or retail solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
