Software Engineer The Software Engineer is responsible for all stages of the software development lifecycle using a variety of technologies and tools to build impactful software solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain features and components of WellSky solutions with an emphasis on code quality, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with solution managers, designers, and other teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-impact features that align with business goals. Identify and resolve technical issues in production and development environments. Optimize system performance and scalability through troubleshooting and ongoing improvements. Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure that software code meets internal standards and follows industry best practices. Develop and maintain a robust set of unit tests and participate in other styles of automated testing, including integration, load, and performance testing to validate quality of code written. LeverageAItools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision‑making, streamline workflows, and drive data‑informed outcomes. Perform other job duties as assigned.
