Job Description: The Team Lead is responsible for managing day to day operations that are part of the service of our guests. Their direct responsibilities include managing both the operations process and guarding the guest experience, overseeing the team to ensure second mile service. They are responsible for developing and training team members to provide craveable food, fast and accurate service, and a welcoming environment. Report to the Director of Operations. 

Responsibilities of the Team Lead include:

• Operationally driven
• Team Member Handbook Policies are upheld
• Processes are being followed - Drive- Thru, Training, cleanliness
• Maintain positive and professional working relationships with all team members
• Self-Assessments are being completed as assigned
• Utilize Pathway to resolve operational tasks

• Written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate servant leadership, integrity, professionalism, maturity, and impartiality.
• Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment
• Superior leadership skills, with a focus in employee coaching and development
