Job Title: Program Manager Job Code: 35354 Job Location: Rochester, NY OR Chantilly, VA Responsibilities Oversee Task Orders under the Odyssey (GEOINT Mod/Sim/Analysis) contract. Monitor program performance, manage schedules and milestones, lead integrated product teams, and coordinate with functional offices. Support proposal efforts and manage reporting requirements. Lead development programs with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Provide clear updates to customers and senior leadership, and foster trust through proactive communication. Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce schedules, lower costs, and increase quality. Ensure adherence to specifications, requirements, schedules, cost commitments, and internal policies. Qualifications Current Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience Preferred Additional Skills Experience managing program risks, opportunities, and leading change management efforts Experience supporting programs within DoD or Intelligence Community environments Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and brief senior leaders and customers Ability to manage and analyze budgets on cost-plus and fixed-price programs Familiarity with Earned Value Management concepts Knowledge of GEOINT imagery modeling and simulation and experience leading software development efforts Ability to travel up to 20% for program support Salary, Benefits, and Equal Opportunity In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Virginia – Greater D.C. area and New York state is $92,500-$171,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
