Spring Footwear Corp. is growing, and our Spring Step Shoes store in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team.

Your Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be a key part of the customer experience, representing the Spring Step brand with confidence, care, and enthusiasm. You’ll help customers find the perfect fit while contributing to a welcoming and high-energy store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized customer service with strong product knowledge.
- Drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and add-on selling.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist with inventory management and e-commerce order fulfillment.
- Represent Spring Footwear’s family of brands with professionalism and pride.
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
