Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring.
• Use AI systems to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits.
• Focus on patient interaction and quality of care by reducing administrative burden.

Education and/or Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or experience working with terminally ill patients.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations:

• Active and unencumbered Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
• Preferred within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Compensation range: $31.11-$47.59. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
