We are searching for an Infrastructure Manager for an industry-leading organization in the Greater Nashville area. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of data structures, database systems, and procedures, as well as the range of analytical tools used to undertake a range of different types of statistical analyses. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or directly related year for year work experience
• 5 years of professional industry-relevant experience working on infrastructure teams in a corporate environment
• 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor or Manager is preferred
• 2+ years of experience with MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Azure Database as a Service, and database replication tools

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day technical, operational, fiscal, and administrative activities of the respective areas of responsibility, ensuring compliance with company practices and procedures.
• Analyze business needs and recommend technical solutions that meet those needs
• Identify, drive, and report on performance metrics, service levels, system status and both planned and unplanned system outages.
• Identify and bring forth technology infrastructure and solutions that help move Ingram's IT platforms forward.
• Maintain essential IT operations, including database platforms, security tools, applications, storage, private and public cloud.
• Continuously analyze current processes and technologies in use to identify areas of improvement.
• Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshooting, and provide technical support and escalation when needed.
• Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery procedures, which includes proper backup and retention practices.
• Properly maintain accurate company IT assets through regular audits and automated processes where applicable
