Position Overview Represent a nationally recognized telecommunications brand inside established retail locations throughout the Kennewick area. Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and services. Develop professional sales skills through structured training and ongoing mentorship. Contribute to individual and team sales goals in a collaborative, performance-driven environment. Gain experience in customer engagement, business development, and leadership development. This position is designed for individuals seeking long-term career growth rather than a short-term job. Key Responsibilities Engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner. Generate and achieve individual and team sales goals. Build trust through consultative selling and exceptional customer service. Participate in daily training sessions and leadership development. Support team performance through collaboration and accountability. Develop the skills necessary for future leadership opportunities. What We Look For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation & Incentives Competitive hourly pay of $19.00 to $21.00 per hour , paid weekly. Performance-based bonuses and incentive opportunities.
