Position Summary

Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the BCaBA will provide clinical support to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder through both clinic-based and in-home ABA services. This role includes supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), implementing treatment plans, analyzing client progress, and collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary providers to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Supervise and provide clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct behavioral observations and skill assessments as assigned.
• Analyze treatment data and assist with clinical decision-making.
• Support treatment plan modifications based on client progress.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent training under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Ensure services meet BACB Ethics Code, payer requirements, and company standards.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Required

• Active BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for home-based services
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred

• Previous experience supervising RBTs
• Experience providing caregiver training
• Knowledge of electronic medical record systems and ABA data collection software
