Child and Adolescent Therapist

Join a dynamic mental health team as a Child & Adolescent Therapist, dedicated to improving access to behavioral health services in diverse communities. As a key member, you will conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families, fostering a welcoming environment. Provide individualized outpatient therapy for children and families, supporting their mental health and resilience. Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to promote client stability. Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to ensure comprehensive care. Complete documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and timely. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to deliver holistic care. Qualifications include: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Experience working with children and families. Provisional license if required by state regulations. Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
