Facility Projects Manager, located in Cypress, CA, employed by Global Channel Management, Inc. Qualifications 5-7 years of Project Management experience in facilities or new construction Facility Management experience MEP and low voltage controls experience (plus) Reliable vehicle required Travel 10% or as needed Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience of at least five years PMI PMP certification preferred or ability to obtain within six months Responsibilities Understand and apply PMI methodology and knowledge areas: Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk, and Procurement Management Understand contract terms and conditions, customer expectations, and take ownership for outcomes Work closely with the customer to ensure alignment with contract requirements and operational policies Manage construction activities including reviewing drawings and specifications, participating in design meetings, providing best practices, commissioning, construction site evaluations, and inspections Communicate and coordinate, providing status reporting to project staff, customer, and management Responsible for work plan, managing project resources, duty assignment, responsibilities, scope of authority, and providing technical advice and problem resolution Track project expenditures and installation progress through reviews of status reports; modify schedules as required Maintain full financial accountability to project Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $48.00 Per Hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Itlearn360
