Senior Accountant

Job Title: Senior Accountant Location: Red Bank, NJ area (Onsite) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Overview We are partnering with a stable, family-owned organization in the Red Bank, NJ area seeking a Senior Accountant due to company growth and an upcoming retirement. The organization generates approximately $100M in revenue and operates across 50 entities , offering exposure to a dynamic and multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities Perform monthly and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations Assist with consolidations across multiple entities Prepare and review payroll-related entries Maintain and track fixed assets and depreciation schedules Support financial reporting and ensure accuracy of the general ledger Collaborate with the Controller and accounting team on ongoing process improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills Team player with the ability to work independently Team & Culture Small, collaborative team including Controller, Senior Accountant, Staff Accountant, and AP/AR support Family-owned business with a stable, supportive environment Known for long employee tenure and low turnover Why This Opportunity Growth-driven opening with long-term stability Broad exposure to multiple entities and accounting functions Opportunity to work closely with leadership in a hands-on role #J-18808-Ljbffr
