We’re hiring a Respiratory Therapist (RRT)to deliver in-home respiratory care to patients using ventilators, oxygen therapy, and advanced respiratory equipment. This is a weekday-only, relationship-driven role where you can slow down, educate patients properly, and see the real impact of your work.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-home respiratory assessments
• Educate patients and caregivers on ventilators, oxygen, and respiratory equipment
• Adjust ventilator settings per physician orders
• Troubleshoot and monitor advanced respiratory devices
• Provide follow-up care and ongoing phone-based clinical support
• Accurately document services and patient interactions
• Support training and onboarding of new clinical staff
• Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent patient needs

Who This Role Is Ideal For

• An RRT with active state license
• Experienced or interested in home-based respiratory care

Preferred (Not Required):

• 1+ year of respiratory therapy experience
• Home health or DME experience
