Job Responsibilities: Input data from various sources into computer databases and spreadsheets Verify accuracy and completeness of data by cross-referencing original documents Maintain organized digital filing systems Update existing database records as needed Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity Generate and review reports for accuracy Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow Job Requirements: Fluent in English (both verbal and written) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent typing speed and accuracy: at least 50 WPM with 98% accuracy Strong attention to detail Basic computer troubleshooting abilities High School Diploma or equivalent Has good time management and problem-solving skills Able to work independently but has a team player mentality Has strong work ethic Why work with Swak BPO Corp.?
