Now, we're looking for a Title Clerk to join our team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do You'll be the organizational backbone of our dealership's sales process. On any given day, you'll:

• Process car deals (contracts, CVR, reporting, and more)
• Handle post-deal accounting and keep our Deals-In-Process list up to date
• Manage car titles and lien releases, and process wholesales
• Stock in and floorplan cars
• Own your part of our accounting schedules and post CVR reports
• Jump in wherever you're needed, a true team player

What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who thrives on details, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to ask how things could be better. The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma (or the equivalent)
• Previous automotive experience (a plus, but not required)
• Strong organizational skills and a knack for juggling multiple tasks at once
• A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to improve
• Solid computer skills, with good writing and grammar
• The ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
• A clean driving record and valid driver's license

You'll be working with everyone, from sales to service, from customers to management, so being comfortable with people at all levels is key.
