Sales Associate – Job Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is MANDATORY. Applicants must be able to speak, read, and communicate effectively in both languages to assist customers, answer phone calls, and coordinate with team members. This is a non-negotiable requirement for the position.

Customer Service

• Assist walk-in and phone customers in both English and Spanish.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
• Provide a friendly and professional customer experience.

Sales Support

• Help customers select fencing materials based on their needs.
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and sales orders.
• Follow up on quotes and convert leads into sales.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.

Order Processing

• Enter orders accurately into the system.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to fulfill orders.
• Ensure all order details, measurements, and specifications are complete.

Payments & Accounts

• Verify payment status before order pickup or delivery.
• Assist with tracking open balances.

Administrative Tasks

• Maintain organized customer records and paperwork.
• Answer phones and manage daily communication.
• Use systems such as QuickBooks Online for invoicing and tracking.

Mandatory Language Requirement

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Candidates who are not proficient in both languages will not be considered for this position.
