We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) to join our fast‑paced retail environment. The role offers competitive pay, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a friendly, courteous environment. Process sales, loans, and extensions. Perform opening and closing store duties. Assist customers to reach mutually satisfying agreements on pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic, self‑motivated, and positive, outgoing personality. Ability to multitask. Pass criminal background check and drug test. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus. Sales background, bilingual, or certification in pawn brokerage is a plus.
