Cardiac Telemetry Nurse

Role Overview Provides direct patient care within nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, as well as professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care settings. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers. Maintains safety awareness, working in a constantly alert and safe manner. Qualifications Nursing diploma or associate’s degree required; RN license needed. Bachelor’s degree in nursing and less than two years of experience are preferred. No supervisor experience necessary.
