Store Manager

Role Overview Responsible for managing store operations, staff, and processes to ensure efficient daily performance and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring legal compliance and proper staffing levels. Oversee store opening, closing, and daily operational tasks, including inventory management, merchandising, and presentation. Analyze sales, profitability, and expenses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Maintain inventory accuracy, control damages, and ensure proper stock levels. Ensure cash handling integrity, security procedures, and safety standards are upheld. Lead a safe, clean, and organized store environment and foster positive customer interactions. Complete all required documentation and adhere to company policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety protocols. Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math calculations. Bilingual skills may be preferred at some locations. Physical & Work Environment Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional ladder use. Fast-paced environment with exposure to outside weather conditions at times.
