Position Overview

You will support the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property, ensuring apartments and common areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role is perfect for someone with strong painting skills and general maintenance experience who's open to an on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the community
• Prepare apartments for move-in, including painting
• Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in on-call rotation once officially onboarded

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in multifamily or related setting preferred
• Strong painting skills required
• Professional licenses preferred, but not required
• Ability to be on-call as part of a rotation
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
