Design Engineer

Hiring Design Engineer at our Jacksonville, IL facility.
Will be involved in various civil engineering projects including roadway design, structural design, hydraulic engineering, Phase I planning, Phase II Design, and Phase III construction management. Will prepare preliminary engineering reports, utility coordination and conflict resolution, environmental coordination with state agencies, structural design, pavement and sidewalk design, intersection design studies, roadway geometric design, hydraulic engineering, drainage design including open and closed storm water systems, handicap accessibility design, preparing plans and specifications for contract bid documents, and assisting in the preparation of construction cost estimates.
Must have a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or its foreign educational equivalent. Salary range $89,591- $93,000 with benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, bonus opportunities, paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.
