Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current HCHB experience
• Current home health experience within the last year
• Home health experience

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630
• Scheduled days: Monday through Friday
• No weekend or on-call requirement
• Coverage areas include Marion and Hamilton
