We are experiencing significant growth and are looking for full-time, experienced and skillful inside sales representatives to join our dynamic team in our location in North Bergen, NJ.Responsibilities*Generate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing company products.*Provide customer service, evaluate the customer's needs and answer any questions regarding materials, pricing, product availability, delivery and services.*Complete internal documents supporting any transaction.*Aggressively, yet professionally, cultivate and develop relationships with prospective customers to generate new business.*Inform customer of any changes in pricing or anticipated delays.*Process orders, perform order entry, review orders for accuracy and follow order through until completion.*Any ad-hoc projects/duties as needed.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities*Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.*Must be able to communicate effectively and cooperate with others.*Must be able to convey product information and availability to customers.*Must be able to deal tactfully with customers.*Must be organized, motivated and a real go-getter.*Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including Saturdays.*Must have the ability to productively work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur.*Bilingual (Spanish) a huge plus.Benefits:*Health/Dental/Vision Insurance*Paid time off*401k*Company-paid Life Insurance with buy-up options*Long-term/Short-Term disability with buy-up options*Employee Assistance program*Employee DiscountsSalary Description salary+ commission + bonus potential Jobcase
