ATS is seeking temporary project Phased Array Ultrasonic Technicians to support our projects throughout the United States. Full-time opportunities are also available. Pay Rate: Competitive rate and per diem Certification: Phased Array UT Level II and UT techs with limited PAUT experience Start Date: ASAP Per Diem: Available for all projects Scope: Wind Turbines / Power Generation / Aerospace / Papermill Duration: 6+ months Hours: 40+ Extensive overtime available Responsibilities/Duties: Perform PAUT examinations of materials in accordance with procedures, codes, standards, and specifications. Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the methods for which qualified, and exercise assigned responsibility for OJT and guidance of trainees. Interface with department managers and clients to determine scope of work and work priorities in order to meet customer expectations. Be able to prepare written instructions and to organize and report the results of examinations.
