Octapharma Plasma - 198 Branch Avenue - Responsibilities: Ensure operation compliance with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP) to maintain production standards; Maintain high level of customer service and donor experience; Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area; Monitor donor conditions and safety, and ensure quality of plasma product; Troubleshoot machine alarms and perform routine quality checks on equipment
