Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility

• Patient population includes short-term and skilled residents with little to no long-term care
• EMR: Net Health and PCC
