Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and determine their treatment needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may incorporate various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide high-quality counseling sessions through both in-person (when applicable) and virtual platforms, maintaining engagement and rapport with clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research in mental health treatments and integrate applicable findings into your daily practice.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including session notes, treatment milestones, and adjusted plans as needed.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and holistic care.

• Participate in regular professional development activities to enhance your skills and approaches within therapy.

• Adhere to all ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality at all times, creating a safe environment for client disclosure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Refresh Zone, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. Our focus is on providing evidence-based practices that respect each client's unique situation, empowering them to overcome obstacles and improve their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Required to be independently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this LMFT position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
