Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Speech and Language Pathologist Certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a must
• Experience working with K-12 students, managing a diverse caseload
• Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person speech and language evaluations and therapeutic intervention for students across all grade levels
• Conduct and participate in ARDs and IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain diligent record-keeping and progress reports, utilizing a home-based day for efficient documentation
• Effectively manage a caseload of 70-80 students, tailoring therapy to meet individual needs and goals
• Deliver culturally responsive services to Spanish-speaking students and families
