Seasonal Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Staff

Job Description Job Description About Us Keene Garlic is a small family business that is looking for a member to join our team. We need warehouse team members to fill our Fall seasonal orders. This is a great opportunity to gain high volume warehousing experience. As a small business, we are willing to train seasonal staff the skills needed to start a successful warehousing career. The right person will have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Flexible scheduling 8-hour shift: Monday - Friday between 7am-8pm. Pay depends on experience up to $19-$21 per hour Schedule 8-hour shifts Flexible scheduling between 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Workdays: Sunday through Saturday Must be available for the full season (Aug 15 – Nov 1) to qualify for bonuses Key Responsibilities Pick products accurately using item numbers, bin locations, and quantity sheets Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup Label and seal boxes using taping machines and handheld tools Clean and sort garlic bulbs for packaging and quality control Weigh and count products to match shipping requirements Restock inventory and organize storage bins Use basic software or digital forms to log order and shipping details Maintain cleanliness and safety in your workspace, including sweeping, sanitizing, and end-of-day cleaning Move inventory and supplies using carts, dollies, or light machinery (training provided) Assist team members and shift leads as needed to meet daily fulfillment goals Qualifications High attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality order processing Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active on your feet throughout an 8-hour shift Time management skills to stay on pace in a fast-moving environment Ability to work independently and follow directions with minimal supervision Basic computer or tablet skills (training provided) Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple orders at once Team-oriented attitude with the ability to communicate and work well with others Willingness to learn warehouse processes and adhere to safety guidelines Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic are required Must be available for the entire season (August 15 – November 1) to be eligible for bonuses Benefits Paid on-the-job training Flexible scheduling $300 season-end bonus (with full season commitment) Up to $500 performance bonus based on attendance, teamwork, and accuracy Friendly, supportive work environment Opportunity to gain high-volume warehouse and order fulfillment experience
