What You'll Do As a Screener, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality products for our customers. Build Quality Products Install screen mesh into pre-assembled frames using hand tools. Assemble finished products according to quality standards. Keep production moving efficiently and accurately. Ensure Quality Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process. Identify defects or inconsistencies and address them promptly. Help maintain RiteScreen's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Support a Safe Workplace Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles. Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Work as a Team Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals. Cross-train and support other areas as needed. Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture. What We're Looking For You Might Be a Great Fit If You: Enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout the day. Take pride in producing quality work. Pay close attention to details. Work well independently and as part of a team. Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Window and door industry experience is a plus. Lean manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Stand and move throughout the shift. Perform repetitive assembly tasks. Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds. Use hand tools and production equipment safely. Read work instructions and safety information. Differentiate colors when required for quality purposes.
