Location: Virginia Beach, VA. Shift: Second (Evenings) – Full time, 36 hours per week (3 p.m. – 3 a.m.). Sign on bonus of up to $15,000 for qualified candidates. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, designing and implementing personalized care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, observing changes in patient conditions, and responding promptly with appropriate interventions. The RN collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity throughout the treatment process. The RN educates patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post‑discharge care, empowering informed decision‑making. Using sound clinical judgment, the RN addresses complex health situations, consults with medical team members as needed, and documents all care in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. The RN upholds the highest standards of patient safety, adheres to evidence‑based protocols, and contributes to a supportive, empathetic environment.
