Electrical Inspector

The City of Warren is accepting applications for the position of Electrical Inspector . This position performs difficult and skilled inspection of electrical installation to assure compliance with the Citys ordinances.

Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited high school or G.E.D. equivalent.
o Diploma or official, sealed transcripts REQUIRED with application
Four (4) years experience in the installation of electrical systems.
Must possess and maintain an Electrical Master's license.
o L icense REQUIRED with application
Possess an Electrical Inspectors registration issued by the State of Michigan in compliance with Skilled Trades Registration Act 407 of 2016.
Must become ICC certified in Residential Electrical Inspector and Commercial Electrical Inspector within six months of hire.
Possession of a valid license to operate a motor vehicle in the State of Michigan.
Driving record must meet citys standards for insurability.

Pay rate: $74,723/year - $85,530/year (after 5 years)
