No relocation allowance will be considered unless specifically addressed.Summary / Primary Role: The Inventory Coordinator will provide superior level of service which all other inventory team members can emulate. Team Lead is to be available as the reference for questions regarding policy and procedure, within the established company guidelines.What You'll DoOffer superior customer service to internal and external customersRespond to customers' inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Process bulk orders daily or as needed.Manage back orders by running the open orders report at the time the receiver is entered to make sure all orders are processed.Process error reports as necessary.Proactively follow up on bulk orders to meet customer requirements.Reporting as needed based on customer requirements and manager:Bulk inventory reportBulk Open Orders reportCombined inventory reportReceiving reportsQC reportInput inventory into the database that is received daily.Manage the COA (Certificate of Analysis) or other types of literature per customer requirements.Adjust current inventory for labeling errors, missing product, returns.Update current inventory stock based on the customer's request to change the expiration date, discontinue product, QC material.Provide support to CSR, Product Coordinator, Receiving, and Production.What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 1–2 years of experience in inventory coordination, inventory control, or warehouse operations, and customer serviceExperience processing orders, managing back orders, and maintaining accurate inventory recordsStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct inventory discrepancies, labeling issues, and product errorsAbility to generate and review inventory, receiving, open order, and quality-related reportsStrong customer service and communication skills with the ability to respond professionally to internal and external customersAbility to manage multiple priorities, follow up on time-sensitive orders, and work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environmentComfortable entering and updating inventory information in database or inventory management systemsBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and OutlookStrong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with Customer Service, Receiving, Production, and other operational teamsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods as requiredThis is a safety-sensitive position.
