REO Title Coordinator

Verify foreclosure deed recordings through BKFS and other approved systems Enter recording information accurately and maintain supporting documentation Research and input tax information using online tax resources, tax certificates, and servicing systems Validate tax details and resolve discrepancies Enter title data accurately into company systems Track and follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders for timely title report submission Maintain complete and accurate records across all systems Analyze title-related information and meet established timelines and service level expectations Provide operational support to internal business partners Respond to requests, provide status updates, and assist with title-related inquiries Identify process improvements to enhance turnaround times and reduce operational delays Document, communicate, and implement policy and procedure changes with management Monitor workflow queues and prioritize assignments Coordinate with vendors, attorneys, county recording offices, and tax authorities when necessary Escalate issues affecting timelines, compliance, or service delivery Participate in training initiatives and support process documentation Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Requirements Experience in mortgage servicing, REO operations, title review, foreclosure, or related field preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and servicing systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Analytical thinking and problem solving Accuracy and attention to detail Time management and prioritization Collaboration and teamwork Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset Customer service orientation Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in mortgage servicing, title review, and foreclosure processes while ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with established timelines.
