Application Support Specialist

Working remotely on weekends, the hourly Application Support Specialist will proactively respond to client inquiries, expedite issue resolution, and document incidents within the ticketing system while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience in the radiology software environment. Key Responsibilities: Proactively respond to client issues and maintain active monitoring of client sites Expedite resolution of requests in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements Thoroughly document all incidents within the ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and completeness Required Qualifications: Proven experience within Customer Care/Call center environments, particularly in radiology and PACS administration Minimum of 3 years of experience in level I or higher troubleshooting roles within a call center or support center setting Basic familiarity with DICOM, HL-7, and MWL standards as well as general radiology workflows Proficiency with Zendesk or G-suite; experience with SaaS platforms preferred Background in healthcare with adeptness in troubleshooting with medical professionals, ideally radiologists
