Competitive pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour Weekly pay PRN, Part-Time & Full-Time positions Flexible scheduling Paid orientation Ongoing pediatric training Career growth opportunities Employee referral bonus Professional uniform program Assignments close to home Who We're Looking For Professional Nannies Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) ABA Therapists Behavioral Technicians Daycare Teachers Preschool Teachers Montessori Teachers Teacher Assistants Special Education Paraprofessionals Occupational Therapy Assistants Physical Therapy Aides Speech Therapy Assistants Pediatric Home Caregivers Home Health Aides (HHA) Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) Nursing Students Child Development Students Early Childhood Education Students Responsibilities Child supervision and safety Personal care assistance Feeding assistance Age-appropriate play and developmental activities Homework support Transportation to appointments Medication reminders (as permitted) Light housekeeping related to the child Communication with parents Accurate visit documentation Support children with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, developmental delays, physical disabilities, and other special healthcare needs Qualifications Required: Passion for working with children Compassionate, patient, and dependable Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Authorized to work in the U.S. Pass Level 2 Background Screening Preferred: HHA or CNA certification CPR & First Aid Experience with special needs children Experience in childcare, education, ABA therapy, pediatric therapy, or pediatric healthcare English required; Spanish or Creole is a plus Service Area Assignments throughout West Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Greenacres, Palm Springs, Lake Clarke Shores, Haverhill, Mangonia Park, Riviera Beach, Palm Beach, and Royal Palm Beach.
