SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

- Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to support our business processes and enhance our overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

- Design and develop Pega applications using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform.

- Configure and customize Pega applications to meet specific business requirements.

- Implement best practices and design principles to ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the Pega applications.

- Perform unit testing and debugging of Pega applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications with other systems and technologies.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications in production environments.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and trends and propose innovative solutions to improve application performance and user experience.

MUST HAVE Hard Skills:

· Minimum 8 years of experience as a Pega Developer.

· Strong knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform and Pega application development

· Proficiency in Pega configuration, customization, and integration.

· One or more Pega Architect certifications

· Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Pega methodologies and best practices.

· Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

SOFT SKILLS:

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

NICE-TO-HAVE

· Banking/Financial experience
