Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse with expertise in managing high-volume, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care within a dynamic emergency department setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in emergency situations using evidence-based practices.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess changes in condition to notify appropriate team members.
• Document clinical observations and interventions accurately using required electronic health record systems.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid NJ license or valid Compact license required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• At least 3 years of recent Emergency Department experience.
• Proven travel nursing experience with at least one completed contract.
• Certifications including AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS required; pending certificates or those expiring within 30 days are unacceptable.
• Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced environments preferred.
