Position Summary
The Health Services Administrator (HSA) is the on-site operational leader responsible for coordinating healthcare services, staffing, compliance activities, and administrative support functions under the direction of Thrive Medical Services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees daily healthcare operations at the facility level.
Coordinates staffing schedules to support access to care and contract compliance.
Serves as liaison between Thrive Medical Services and facility administration.
Participates in CQI meetings, audits, and accreditation preparation.
Oversees supply management, pharmacy coordination, and administrative workflows.
Supports incident investigations and documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years correctional or institutional healthcare experience.
