Part-Time IT Support Assistant

Job Title

TSTC is looking for a dependable, customer-focused IT Support Desk Analyst to serve as the first point of contact for IT support across the organization.

This is a part-time, non-exempt, W-2 hourly position for approximately 40-45 hours per month. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Arlington, VA. Successful candidate MUST reside in a HUBZone. This is a requirement.

Basic Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in an IT support or customer service role
• Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow documented procedures accurately and consistently
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Basic understanding of IT concepts such as Wi-Fi, encryption, MFA
• Experience with any ticketing or help desk system is a plus
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work

• Candidates MUST reside in a HUBZone! This is a firm requirement. Please check your status before applying.
• Position is 75% remote, but does require regular in office visits in Arlington, VA.
• Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Arlington, VA.

$18 - $30 an hour
