We came together from various backgrounds with one vision: to bring a lean, user-centric approach to product innovation and software development by completely understanding the business needs before building anything.What we’re looking for:As a Senior Software Engineer (NodeJS), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient and scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.Your main activities will include providing daily standups to clients, participating in and providing insights in various meetings with managers, clients, Product Owners, and Project Managers, performing updates to projects based on client or product team requirements, being an integral part of the Project kickoff meeting, collaborating with other teams to meet project goals and deadlines, and optionally upskilling in front-end related frameworks.Your expertise in Node.js, React.js, and collaboration with cross-functional teams will contribute to the successful delivery of projects and the achievement of project objectives.Responsibilities:Provide clients with daily standups:Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress, discuss challenges, and address any questions or concerns.Collaborate with the project team to ensure client expectations are met and deliverables are on track.Attend and provide insights in 1 on 1 meetings:Participate in 1 on 1 meetings with managers, clients, Product Owners, and Project Managers to gather requirements, provide updates, and offer insights from a technical perspective.Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals, prioritize tasks, and address any technical issues or considerations.Perform updates to projects according to Clients/Product team/SOW needs:Implement requested updates and changes to Node.js and React.js projects based on client requirements, input from the Product team, or defined Statement of Work (SOW).Ensure that the software solutions meet the specified functionality, performance, and quality standards.Be an integral part of the Project kickoff meeting:Contribute to project kickoff meetings by providing technical expertise and insights.Collaborate with the team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Collaborate with other teams to meet project goals and deadlines:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Front-End developers, Back-End developers, and Designers, to ensure seamless integration and achieve project goals and deadlines.Collaborate on project planning, implementation, and troubleshooting to meet project goals and deliver high-quality software solutions.Qualifications:Fluent English levelPrevious working experience as a Node and React Developer for 5 years.BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subjectStrong proficiency with JavaScriptKnowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express or StrongLoopUnderstanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workaroundsGood understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade or EJSGood understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus or LessBasic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3Understanding accessibility and security complianceUser authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environmentsIntegration of multiple data sources and databases into one systemUnderstanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable applicationUnderstanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platformCreating database schemas that represent and support business processesImplementing automated testing platforms and unit testsProficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitWhat you'll love about us...Working in a fast-growing company.International working environment.5 working days during the week.Bonuses for achievement of objectives.E04JI80034mh4046fkv #J-18808-Ljbffr
