Qualifications Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 minutes Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
