Housekeeping

POSITION: Event Housekeeping – Altria Theater DEPARTMENT: Operations REPORTS TO: Operations Supervisor FLSA STATUS: Part-Time Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Event Housekeeping Staff at Altria Theater. Legends Global Richmond manages the Altria Theater and Dominion Energy Center. The Event Housekeeping Staff will assist the Operations Supervisor and Operations Staff during events and daily cleaning at Altria Theater.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cleaning of the interior and exterior of the venue Sweeping, mopping, buffing, dusting, vacuuming, and window cleaning Clean restrooms including, but not limited to, removal of trash, restock paper products, and clean urinals, sinks, and toilets Must be willing to operate various types of cleaning equipment including, but not limited to, vacuums, floor scrubbers/sweepers, buffers, various cleaning tools, and any other equipment or tools used by the Operations Department Control janitorial supplies and keep a weekly inventory to turn in to the Operations Supervisor Alert the Operations Supervisor of areas in the venue that need extra attention and work him/her to take care of it Perform all other duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 1-2 years of housekeeping experience preferred with BBP and PPE training/experience.
