Senior Accountant – High-Growth Health & Longevity Brand Up to $100K Base + Bonus | North Palm Beach, FL | Hybrid A high-growth health and longevity brand is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing accounting and finance team. The company operates in the premium, science-backed consumer health space and is continuing to scale its U.S. business. This is a strong opportunity for an accounting professional who wants to join a lean, collaborative finance team with exposure to month-end close, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, ERP systems, cash activity, process improvement, and cross-functional work with teams such as IT, Operations, and Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities: Support month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, balance sheet review, and financial reporting Prepare and review GL activity, cash reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting schedules Pull, analyze, and interpret large GL datasets to support reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making Partner with the Controller and broader finance team on forecasting, analytics, audit support, and strategic projects Support evolving AR, AP, cash management, and working capital processes as the company continues to scale Work cross-functionally with IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to improve financial processes and data integrity Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and stronger accounting workflows Qualifications: 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to GL, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting Accounting degree required Experience working within an ERP system required; Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP experience preferred Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets Strong understanding of financial reporting, account reconciliations, data accuracy, and GAAP-based accounting processes Clear communicator who can explain accounting work to both finance and non-finance stakeholders Curious, adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company environment This is a great fit for someone who wants to join a scaling consumer health business, work closely with the Controller, and grow into broader accounting and finance responsibilities over time. #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
