About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Private Equity to join their team. This role demands a professional with a strong background in private equity, both in local and international markets, and a proven ability to lead deal origination, execution, and value creation initiatives. The Vice President will also be responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and team leadership, and must be adept at fostering digital transformation within the portfolio. Applicants for the Vice President of Private Equity position at the company should be bilingual in Arabic and English, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance. A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required, with an MBA or CFA being preferred. The role requires a candidate with strong financial acumen, proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in deal origination and execution, as well as a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
